How will I know how my event design will look?
After making initial deposit, you will receive a mock up outlining the details of your event design for approval.

Can I mix and match items/services?
Absolutely! Packages and items listed in this catalog are to help guide your decor selections, but your event will designed according to your needs.

What additional fees might be added to my event package?
Prices listed above include day of install fees. A travel and production fee will will be added to your base decor total.

Am I able to pick up rental items?
Unfortunately, the majority of our rental items are large and require delivery to ensure proper transport care.

​What is the average turnaround time for photos and video?
Typically, there is a 5-10 day turnaround for edited content. For weddings, 30-45 days

Do you have a studio?
We currently source our studio for indoor shoots while are business contruction continues. We are expected to open our in-house studio/venue Summer 2025. Prices include studio rental.​

Is there a travel fee for bookings?
Travel fees for bookings outside of the Greater Houston area will have an applied travel fee (flat fee).​

What is your cancellation policy?
We require a 25% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking date. Cancellations result in loss of your date and deposit. To reschedule, we ask to do so within 48 hours of your original booking date to avoid losing your deposit.

Do you offer prints?
We deliver all of our edits digitally. If there are plans for prints, we are able size the content appropriately.
